Jason Hamer

Dr. Jason Vann Hamer is an accomplished educational leader with a passion for progressive education, strategy development, and community building. With an extensive background in academic leadership roles, he has successfully navigated challenging environments and implemented innovative initiatives that improved student achievement. Currently serving as an esteemed Principal in one of Pennsylvania’s Top 10 School District’s, Dr. Hamer is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments and fostering optimal results for staff and students. His extensive experience spans teaching, curriculum design, managing budgets, and strategic planning, making him a valuable asset in the K-12 community. Driven by a continuous learning mindset Dr. Hamer’s collaborative approach to leadership, and his commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments, have earned him a reputation for delivering results. Dr. Hamer graduated with honors from Morehouse College and the University of Pennsylvaina’s Graduate School of Education. He holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and actively contributes to various organizations and boards.
